# Roadmap Where LuDo Weekly is headed. Mostly titles — the full details land when the features do. Two honest caveats, in the spirit of the app: there are **no dates** (I'd rather ship something right than ship it on a Friday), and this is **a direction, not a contract** — order and contents can shift as real feedback comes in. --- ## Just shipped **1.5 — the biggest update since launch.** A context you can share with one other person, planning next week from Sunday's card, reminders on the tasks that genuinely can't slip, room for notes and checklists behind a task's title, an archive you can narrow by week or context and export exactly as you're looking at it — as Markdown or JSON — and the whole week rethought for iPad, in columns, with contexts side by side. It's live now. The [[Changelog|changelog]] has it version by version, and the [[Features|features page]] describes it as it works today. --- ## With Apple right now **1.5.1** is in review. It's a smaller release that spends itself on the ways you reach LuDo without opening it: - **Check tasks off straight from your Home Screen** — the week widget stops being something you only look at. - **A widget for today**, for when the whole week is more than you need at 8am. - **Reminders that behave like reminders**, snooze included. - **A capture button in Control Centre and on the Lock Screen** — one press, one task. - **Shortcuts and Siri that understand your tasks**, so a task can be the end of an automation instead of something you retype. - **Repeating tasks that work like a template**: edit the template, and this week's copies can follow. - **An app icon that follows light and dark**, and tints with the rest of your Home Screen. --- ## Next - **Reusable task templates** — write a checklist once ("the weekly shop", "packing"), then pull it into a new task whenever you need it. Today the only way to keep a list is to leave the task unfinished so it rolls over, which means lying about your week to hold on to a checklist. This is the fix. --- ## Being considered No decision on these, and no order — they're here so you know what's on my mind, not because they're queued. - **Drag and drop between apps on iPad** — pull text out of Mail or Safari and drop it on a day. - **Share a context with more than one person** — a context is for two today. A household is often more. - **A native Mac app** — the week on the screen you actually work on. --- ## Have a say This list moves with real demand, not just my own intuition — more than one feature now in the app got there because someone wrote in and asked. If something you need is missing (or you'd like it sooner), tell me: [**[email protected]**](mailto:[email protected]). The "being considered" section above is exactly where a single email changes the order. And if you'd like to try what's in beta before everyone else, write me the same way and ask for the TestFlight beta. --- **[[Home]]** · **[[Features]]** · **[[Guide]]** · **[[Changelog]]** · **[[Support]]** · **[[Privacy]]**
